Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad

4 to 6 cups cooked & chilled pasta				
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
Cooked chicken breast cubed or shredded
1 can mandarin oranges
1 large bunch of green seedless grapes
1 can of sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 can sliced bamboo shoots (optional)

2 cups of Miracle Whip Light
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons sugar		
1 teaspoon curry powder
Prepare the dressing by blending all ingredients.  Set aside
Toss the pasta with all the ingredients and then stir in the dressing.  Chill for 2 or 3 hours before serving.  For a variation you can add or subtract various fruits such as cantaloupe, peaches, pears, apples, red grapes, nuts, etc.
